1. Acceptance of Terms

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.

Lucky PKR monitors account activity and transaction patterns. Accounts flagged by automated systems or staff review for any of the above behaviours will be suspended pending investigation. During a suspension, access to funds may be restricted until the review is complete.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Lucky PKR reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Situations in which an account may be suspended or closed include but are not limited to:

• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents when requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment methods.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting Lucky PKR support.
